THE OFFICE SONGWRITERS
The Office Songwriters are a prolific songwriting team the consistently delivers beautiful melodies, lyrics, and vocal arrangements. The Atlanta based songwriting team are Vic Numann (Philly), Jay Reezy(Philly), and Cecily(Houston) came together to form this elite team that covers wide genres of music from R&B to Rock you name it they do it.After a meeting with there mentor and super producer Bryan Michael-Cox he decided to bring them in to his Blackbaby Inc. family. After joining up with B. Cox The Office songwriting team has already worked with producers and artist such as T-Boz, Blaque, New Edition, Lloyd, etc. of course B. Cox, Madd Scientist, Drumma Boy, Infiniti, Matraxx ,The Insomniax,Megan Rochell,Needlz and the list goes on. With more and more oppurtunities coming their way they will be a force to be reconed with, they will definitely be groundbreaking.

The Grand Rapids, Michigan, native, now Atlanta resident dazzled label execs in Chicago at the Fast Break Demo Expo in 2004. She has worked with some of the industry’s hottest producers. Once signed to Beatfactory/Arista in a girl group called “Sugar Honey Ice Tea,” which was put together by Memphitz (Asia Cruise, Huey and J-Kwon) and Bryan-Michael Cox (Usher, Destiny's Child, Danity Kane, Mary J Blige, Day 26, Jagged Edge and more).
She recorded with the Grammy winning producer as well and the Cornerboyz. After the label closing of Arista, she later found herself recording and developing her sound and image with India Arie’s management label (New City Entertainment) and Fernando Gibson.
In her short career she has recorded and collaborated with producers Bobby Reese (Whitney Houston, Amerie, Tony Terry), Eric "E-Major" Severington (Tony Terry, Lisa Lisa, Columbia) and Donovan Price. While working on her former demo, simply entitled “Mischievous”, she has worked with Chuka (Windswept, Interscope), Oak (Lil Corey, Chris Brown, Joe, The Game, Interscope, Tori Alamaze), Kerry Harwell (Sony), Atozzio (Chris Brown, Joe), Madd Scientist (Nephu) and Bryan Allen (Aaliyah, Monica).
But, after parting ways with her management in late 2006 J.Nicole decided to take a break and get everything back together with her. Now, at the tender age of 21, J.Nicole has returned with a mission and on her grind. She is ready to fulfill her ultimate dream of being a SUPERSTAR.

Why I Created RnB Hop Hip Vibe
Many people asked me WHY? Well, with all the other so-called networking sites I saw a huge LACK in the needs of Urban Music and OUR NEEDS as music and entertainment professionals.
No site out there allow members to come together and really NETWORK for the sake of PROGRESS. A few months ago I was invited to The Jazz Network by my best-friend Jaijai Jackson who had started a network to help Jazz Musicians. She gave me an idea that I should HELP my colleagues in the same manner.
I know so many executives, producers, publishers, recording artists, publicist, editors, tastemakers and the like in this business and thought HOW can I get us all together without a party? Well, NETWORK AT RNB HIP HOP VIBE! Provide all service needs to my members.
Some of my clients and artists live a great distance from one another and love to work together. Well, NOW they can collaborate on new projects. What about my friends who are A&R's? They are so worried about their jobs these days with digital distribution and not finding the RIGHT talent. Well, here they can listen to and view some of the hottest talent SIGNED and UNSIGNED. They don't have to search all over MySpace, YouTube or other outside sources who do not cater to the genre specific needs.
Sponsors are able to view the act they sponsor as well as connect to other specific needs to activate their sponsorship. My music publishers can listen to great new music from songwriters who are available to enter into publishing deals and or have music available for licensing.
My colleagues are able to network together and GET THE JOB DONE! Bottom line, this site is what we are lacking in the business of music and entertainment. Do I worry about others biting on the idea? NEVER, as we all know who created the idea and I did it from the bottom of my heart for the love of MUSIC and This Business.
