Great Forum!
My question:
I have been offered a few publishing deals by USA companies
but as I am a UK writer the terms in the USA seem quite different from the ones in the UK.Also the contracts obviously come under USA law and not UK law.
Is there a way to come to some agreement - any help would be most appreciated

Thank you Debra for creating this board. Music publishing is a very compex subject, everyday is a learning process. I am an Independent Music Publisher.
